1Space

1Space was a 2-year project (2015-17) in which young artists from Europe, Africa and the Middle East met to share their artistic practices and working conditions. Two of the resulting works, by Sofia Dinger and Zina Zarour, are presented at the Alkantara Festival this year. 1Space was organized by Alkantara, Exodus (Ljubljana), and Festival de Marseille, and co-funded by the Creative Europe Program of the European Union.

DNA

[DNA] DEPARTURES AND ARRIVALS is a network of 13 institutions active in the field of contemporary dance that builds bridges between artistic education and the professional world. [DNA] supports the presentation of recent work by Radouan Mriziga and Flora Détraz at the 2018 Alkantara Festival. [DNA] is co-funded by the Creative Europe Program of the European Union.
